Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies across platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Run and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to meet performance goals.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve search engine rankings and organic reach.
  • Create and manage social media calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content across all platforms.
  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative tactics to the table.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Track KPIs and ROI for all digital marketing activities, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members or external agencies as needed.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and strategy planning.
  • Experience in creating and executing social media calendars for different platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other current marketing platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of performance metrics, audience segmentation, and user behavior.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and strategies for brand visibility and engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working across multiple industries or in a multi-brand environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
