Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive impactful online campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing multi-channel digital marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns for performance, and mentoring a team of digital executives or specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms — SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email, and Content Marketing.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, content creators, and designers to achieve marketing goals.
  • Plan and manage budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager to drive data-based decisions.
  • Oversee content planning and brand consistency across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and management teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage social media presence, engagement, and online reputation.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and improvement areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Content Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM/Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Experience in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with video marketing and social media strategy.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX and website performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, SEMrush, and ChatGPT for marketing tasks.

Job Type: Permanent
