Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
• 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing—ideally within an agency environment
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics platforms Indeed
• Excellent communication, project management, and team-collaboration capabilities
• A data-driven mindset with a creative flair for content & campaign ideation

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy & Campaigns

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans—including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and display advertising.

• Paid Media Management

Launch and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Conduct A/B testing to maximize ROI.

• Content & Creative Oversight

Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging content—blogs, visuals, social media posts, and video snippets tailor‑made for each channel.

• Lead Generation & Nurturing

Design and refine lead capture funnels via inbound marketing, landing pages, email workflows, and remarketing tactics.

• Analytics & Reporting

Monitor campaign metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS) using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM tools. Provide regular insights and recommendations.

• Team Collaboration

Work closely with designers, developers, and content creators to align messaging, assets, and timelines.

• Stay Updated

Keep abreast of emerging trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to continuously elevate performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
