Are you a go-getter with a passion for sales and strategic growth? We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Officer to join our team and drive new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, leads, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
• Present company services to potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and deliver client expectations
• Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets while maintaining a customer-first approach

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
