We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our Digital Division, manage client strategies, and ensure high-quality delivery across all digital platforms.

Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies for multiple clients of Koolath Advertising. You will lead a team of digital marketing executives and interns, work closely with the design and content teams, and report directly to the Head of Operations. Your role will focus on driving client satisfaction, measurable results, and efficient team management.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategy & Planning
• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Plan and execute campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive.
• Execution & Optimization
• Oversee campaign execution by the digital team and ensure timely delivery.
• Optimize campaigns for performance, reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Manage budgets across different platforms and clients.
• Team Leadership & Coordination
• Lead and mentor digital marketing executives and interns.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and web developers to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Ensure alignment of all digital outputs with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
• Prepare client-ready reports with insights, KPIs, and recommendations.
• Present campaign results to clients and internal management.
• Client Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients on digital campaigns.
• Understand client requirements, propose solutions, and maintain strong relationships.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media management.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio, and other ad management platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
