Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales. This role involves developing digital campaigns, managing online channels, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and calendar
  • Identify target audiences and create detailed customer personas
  • Plan and manage digital marketing budgets

2. Digital Campaign Management

  • Lead and execute campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and display advertising
  • Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead quality

3. Content & Social Media

  • Oversee the creation and publication of engaging content (blogs, videos, graphics, infographics) as per calendar
  • Manage social media channels and ensure consistent brand voice
  • Monitor trends and implement best practices on all platforms

4. Website & SEO Optimization

  • Oversee website updates, UX improvements, and landing page optimization
  • Conduct keyword research and improve organic search ranking (SEO)
  • Ensure website analytics and tracking systems are implemented properly

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as traffic, conversions, ROI, engagement, CTR, CAC, and retention
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM systems, and ad platform dashboards
  • Provide actionable insights to improve performance

6. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to execute cohesive campaigns
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors when required
  • Train and mentor junior marketing staff

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns

Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content strategy
  • Proficiency with digital tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and CMS (e.g., WordPress)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing
