Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital
Marketing Specialist to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook
& Instagram), Google Ads, SEO, and Google My Business (GMB), with a strong focus on lead
generation for real estate projects.
You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing paid and organic campaigns that drive qualified inquiries, maximize ROI, and strengthen our digital presence in the Chennai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:1.
Paid Media Campaign Management (Real Estate Focus)· Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
(Search, Display, YouTube) for property launches and ongoing real estate projects.
· Generate high-quality leads through targeted campaigns focused on location-based and interest-based audiences.
· Conduct keyword and audience research specific to the real estate market (e.g., “Flats in Anna Nagar”, “Luxury Apartments in Chennai”).
· Design and test ad creatives, landing
pages, and lead forms for maximum conversions.
· Continuously monitor and optimize CPL
(Cost per Lead), CTR, and conversion rate to improve ROI.
· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)· Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic for real estate project websites.
· Optimize web pages for property
keywords, local searches, and project names.
· Conduct technical SEO audits to improve website performance and visibility.
· Develop and manage backlink strategies with property listing sites and local directories.
· Track rankings and organic performance using Google
Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Google My Business (GMB) Optimization· Create and optimize GMB listings for
individual projects and office locations.
· Post regular updates on project milestones, site visits, offers, and events.
· Manage and respond to customer reviews professionally.
· Improve local map visibility and increase footfall through optimized listings and local keywords.

Analytics & Reporting· Track all digital marketing KPIs and lead funnel metrics (impressions → clicks → leads → site visits).
· Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and
Data Studio to analyze campaign performance.
· Provide actionable insights for improving conversion rates and ad performance.
· Maintain lead reports and collaborate with the sales team to ensure quality lead delivery.
Required Skills & Tools:· Meta Ads Manager (Facebook Business Suite)
· Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
· SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console
· Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio
· Google My Business management
· Strong understanding of real estate lead
funnels, cost per lead optimization, and conversion
tracking
· Excellent communication and analytical skills
Educational Qualification:· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
· Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint preferred.
