Job Description

We are looking for a highly results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in lead generation, performance marketing, and creative content development. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, and AI tools used for creating high-quality visuals, renders, and videos.

This is a critical role focused on both strategy and execution — ideal for someone who can combine analytical thinking with creative output to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns via Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid channels
  • Build and manage marketing funnels to drive high-quality leads (MQLs & SQLs)
  • Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and email workflows for lead capture and conversion
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates, CPL, and ROI across all digital campaigns
  • Align campaigns with sales team to ensure lead quality and funnel optimization

Creative Content Development

  • Design impactful creatives using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva
  • Create high-quality visual content, social media posts, banners, ads, and promotional videos
  • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, Descript, Synthesia, etc.) to generate renders, visuals, and video content at scale
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop visually engaging and brand-aligned marketing materials

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards
  • Generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on lead generation
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools
  • Strong design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation (e.g., image and video generation)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho)
  • Excellent understanding of performance metrics, user funnels, and conversion strategies
  • Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling and communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint
  • Familiarity with tools like Unbounce, Instapage, or other landing page builders
  • B2B or SaaS marketing experience
  • Video editing or motion graphics experience
