As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your role will involve connecting buyers with properties, establishing lasting client relationships, and assisting customers throughout the real estate transaction process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties - Schedule property viewings and conduct site visits - Negotiate deals and successfully close sales - Maintain a robust database of leads, listings, and client interactions - Stay updated with real estate market trends, laws, and developments - Collaborate with legal, financial, and other professionals during sales/purchase processes - Prepare and oversee sales documentation and agreements - Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction **Key Skills and Competencies:** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities - Sales-driven with a customer-focused approach - Good knowledge of the local property market - Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented - Proficient in using tech tools like CRM, online listings, and real estate apps **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus) - Demonstrated experience in real estate sales or a related sales environment (2 years preferred) - Possession of a valid real estate license or certification as per regional laws - Understanding of real estate laws and regulations In addition to the above, you must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. You should also be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Experience in direct sales for at least 2 years is preferred. Fluency in English and Hindi is an added advantage.
