Location: Kochi/Kerala (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-time – working directly with a UAE-based company via Extended Teams

Working Hours: UAE time, 9 AM to 6 PM

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a UAE-based company through Extended Teams. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage end-to-end digital marketing activities across SEO, social media, paid ads, email marketing, and automation workflows.

You’ll drive lead generation, improve brand visibility, and manage performance-focused campaigns. The role requires someone who is analytical, creative, and comfortable working closely with product, sales, and leadership teams.

This position suits someone who enjoys ownership, optimisation, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage digital marketing across SEO, social media, paid ads, and email campaigns.

Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Develop and manage content strategies for digital channels.

Improve organic visibility through SEO best practices.

Implement marketing automation workflows and CRM-based journeys.

Analyse campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives.

Coordinate with designers and content teams for marketing assets.

Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to adjust strategies.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven spending.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid ads, and analytics.

Experience with:

Google Ads and Meta Ads

Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager

CRM tools and marketing automation

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
