Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create strategies to reach and engage them effectively.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all internal digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to various channels based on performance and ROI.
- Implement AI- powered marketing solutions to generate leads, using different tools.
- Conduct SEO/SEM analysis, keyword research, and implement on-page/off-page SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Oversee the social media strategy, content creation, and engagement efforts across various platforms.
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Implement strategies to improve website and campaign conversion rates, optimizing the customer journey.
- Generate ideas for blogs, articles, infographics, whitepapers, and video content to engage different audience segments.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and CRM dashboards to monitor campaign performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities on social media.
- Evaluating important metrics that affect new conversations, leads, appointments, target audience, and message campaigns (email and LinkedIn).
- Working with the sales team while taking steps to acquire new leads and setting up workflows to nurture the existing leads.
- Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Requirements:-
- Candidates must have experience of about 4-6 years (in digital marketing).
- BTech (CSE), BCA, MCA, BSc (IT) candidates are preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
- Hands-on experience with different digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, generate insights, and optimize strategies for performance and ROI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to develop unique campaign concepts and strategies.

Pay: ₹46,632.21 - ₹75,428.46 per month
