Operations Manager - Digital Marketing

Exotto is a results-driven digital marketing agency helping brands scale through strategic inbound and outbound campaigns. We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager (OM) to oversee our delivery function, lead a 20+ member team, and ensure client satisfaction while driving internal marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

As the Operations Manager, you will manage end-to-end delivery for client projects, mentor senior marketing leads, and collaborate closely with the CEO to align operations with business goals. You will ensure client retention, achieve KPIs, optimize internal processes, and lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, HR, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all client project deliveries, ensuring KPIs, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Manage smooth client onboarding and act as senior escalation point.
• Lead, mentor, and review performance of a 20+ member marketing team.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring and with Sales on client expectations.
• Create and improve SOPs to optimize workflows and efficiency.
• Drive internal marketing campaigns to generate MQLs for the sales team.
• Track and report KPIs for clients, internal leads, and team productivity.
• Implement new tools, strategies, and training for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing operations, project delivery, and team leadership.
• Strong expertise in inbound & outbound marketing (email, LinkedIn, SEO, funnels, paid ads).
• Proficient in CRM platforms, AI tools, marketing automation, and project management tools (Basecamp, Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Proven track record of client retention and KPI achievement.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,638.23 - ₹65,391.21 per month
