Location: Bodinayakanur (Work from Office) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience) Experience Required: 2–4 years in operations, project management, or digital agency About ENNEM Marketings We are an Amazon + AI Growth Agency , helping brands scale using Amazon Account Management, AI Video Ads, and AI Automation services. We are looking for an Operations Manager who can take over day-to-day operations, manage the team, ensure timely delivery, and allow the founder to focus on growth. Key Responsibilities Team & Project Management Assign tasks to designers, editors, Amazon team, and automation team Track progress in ClickUp / internal tools Ensure daily task completion Maintain quality of deliverables Conduct daily standup meetings Client Coordination Act as the single point of contact for clients Collect requirements, share updates, handle approvals Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients Send weekly reports and follow-ups Operations & Process Management Maintain SOPs and workflows Improve processes and reduce inefficiencies Ensure deadlines are met Maintain documentation Performance Monitoring Track team output Update KPIs Report daily to founder Conduct weekly performance review Delivery Oversight Check quality of: Amazon listings Graphics Videos Automation flows Ensure accuracy before delivery Requirements Experience in operations or project management Strong communication skills Ability to manage a team Knowledge of digital marketing basics (Amazon experience is a plus) Good organizational & problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Task tools, and spreadsheets What We Offer Fast-growth environment Opportunity to work closely with founder Clear career growth path Performance-based incentives Modern, AI-first work culture
