Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Team & Project Management

• Assign tasks to designers, editors, Amazon team, and automation team
• Track progress in ClickUp / internal tools
• Ensure daily task completion
• Maintain quality of deliverables
• Conduct daily standup meetings

Client Coordination

• Act as the single point of contact for clients
• Collect requirements, share updates, handle approvals
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Send weekly reports and follow-ups

Operations & Process Management

• Maintain SOPs and workflows
• Improve processes and reduce inefficiencies
• Ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain documentation

Performance Monitoring

• Track team output
• Update KPIs
• Report daily to founder
• Conduct weekly performance review

Delivery Oversight

• Check quality of:
• Amazon listings
• Graphics
• Videos
• Automation flows
• Ensure accuracy before delivery

Requirements

• Experience in operations or project management
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage a team
• Knowledge of digital marketing basics (Amazon experience is a plus)
• Good organizational & problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Task tools, and spreadsheets
