We are seeking a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of digital platforms, campaign analytics, and customer engagement, with proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Job Description (JD)

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business objectives. This role demands analytical thinking, creativity, and leadership skills to manage campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and ROI-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Oversee website traffic growth, user engagement, and conversion optimization using data-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to create impactful campaigns and landing pages.
  • Handle social media strategy and brand communication, ensuring consistent tone and visual identity across platforms.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecast performance, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support sales and branding teams in developing creative campaigns that boost lead generation and customer retention.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, Google Analytics, and email automation tools.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, campaign management, and data analytics.
  • Excellent understanding of content marketing, branding, and the online customer journey.
  • Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage teams, agencies, and multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or Analytics are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
