About the Role

Bellissimo Graphix Private Limited is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy, social media campaigns, and overall online brand presence for clients. This role involves managing digital projects, leading a small creative and content team, overseeing client communication, and ensuring timely execution of marketing deliverables. You will collaborate closely with the design, content, and operations teams to drive engagement and performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Campaign Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and projects.

Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (social media, paid ads, influencer activities, SEO).

Manage feedback cycles, track project timelines, and ensure high-quality campaign delivery.

Provide strategic input to improve client marketing performance and engagement.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Supervise the activities of the operations, content, and design teams.

Allocate tasks, review drafts, and coordinate cross-department communication.

Conduct weekly reviews, align teams on project deliverables, and set performance goals.

Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop and manage monthly social media calendars and campaign plans.

Oversee content creationensuring relevance, consistency, and performance.

Track analytics and platform insights to refine strategies and achieve client KPIs.

Lead brainstorming sessions to develop new campaign ideas and storytelling formats.

Operations & Documentation

Create and update marketing SOPs and campaign process documents.

Generate digital marketing performance reports and insights for clients.

Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure compliance.

Creative & Brand Development

Work closely with the creative team on campaign ideation, ad concepts, and content scripts.

Collaborate during brand shoots and creative productions as a strategic partner.

Review ad copy, visuals, and creatives to ensure brand consistency and tone alignment.

Additional Involvement Areas

(Training and support will be provided where necessary)

Influencer marketing & PR coordination

Budget planning and media spend tracking

Performance reporting for digital ad campaigns

Managing collaborations and event-based campaigns

On-site support for brand shoots and client events

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

24 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or client servicing.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Analytics, etc.).

Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.

Strong understanding of content trends, engagement metrics, and branding.

Ability to work from the Sahakar Nagar office and manage a fast-paced workflow.
