We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager with 2–4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Sector 62, Noida. This is a Work from Office opportunity ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a strong grasp of the latest marketing tools, trends, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant tools.
• Implement effective SEO/SEM strategies to drive traffic and improve website rankings.
• Manage SMO (Social Media Optimization) and handle online reputation management (ORM).
• Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging, on-brand creatives.
• Develop and manage content calendars across all major social platforms.
• Track campaign ROI and KPIs and generate performance reports and insights.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.

• 2–4 years

  of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

• Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, SMM, and other performance marketing channels.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
