Job Description:

  • We are looking for a sales Manager with 7 to 10 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in selling Microsoft technologies. This role is based in our Noida o ice (Work from Office) and focuses on driving sales within the Indian market and international market; The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise sales and a deep understanding of Microsoft’s product ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for Microsoft technologies, targeting the Indian, internal, and US markets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new clients, partnerships, and market verticals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients across the Indian and international markets, understanding their business needs and offering tailored Microsoft solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure with accurate tracking and forecasting.
  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to communicate the value of Microsoft offerings.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead commercial negotiations, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure customer success and smooth project handover.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, competition, and emerging opportunities in the Microsoft ecosystem across target markets.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, MBA (Marketing), or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 7–10 years of successful sales experience, specifically in selling Microsoft technologies (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market, international business environments.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within designated territories.
