Position Overview:

Digital Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead, and execute all digital marketing initiatives including

    SEO/SEM, email, marketing automation, social media, and display advertising

    .
  • Design, build, and elevate our social media presence

    across key platforms to grow brand engagement and reach.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, analyzing ROI and KPIs to continuously improve outcomes.

  • Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities

    to optimize performance and spending across channels.
  • Conceptualize and execute

    experiments, A/B tests, and conversion rate optimization strategies

    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams to

    create high-performing landing pages and optimize user experience

    .
  • Utilize advanced analytics to

    evaluate end-to-end customer journeys

    and improve funnel performance.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendor teams to deliver world-class marketing outputs.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends

What we are Looking for

  • 8-12 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in fast-paced or growth environments.
  • Strong expertise in

    SEO/SEM, social media strategy, email marketing, web analytics, and conversion optimization

    .
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to

    analyze data and translate insights into strategy

    .
  • Creative thinker with a

    track record of driving measurable growth

    through innovative campaigns.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Marketing or Digital Strategy


Professional Experience

  • Proven track record managing

    end-to-end digital campaigns

    across channels (SEO, SEM, email, social, display, performance marketing)
  • Experience

    leading a team or managing cross-functional projects

  • Strong background in

    data-driven decision-making

    and marketing analytics


Preferred Qualifications:

SEO / SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads)

Social Media Advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, X)

Web & marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager)

Email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)

Marketing automation & CRM systems

A/B testing tools (Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO, etc.)

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and funnel optimization
