Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on

  Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads

• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI
• Research and define audience segments relevant to Dubai property buyers and investors
• Track daily ad performance and report on key KPIs like CPL, CTR, and ROAS
• Create landing pages (in coordination with our design/dev team) for lead capture
• Maintain lead flow in CRM and coordinate closely with the sales team
• Analyze competitors and market trends for continuous improvement
• Manage and monitor budgets across platforms
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing (Real Estate experience preferred)
• Strong command over

  Meta Business Suite

  &

  Google Ads Manager

• Knowledge of ad policies, retargeting, audience segmentation, and analytics tools
• Hands-on experience with lead-gen funnels, pixel/event tracking, and A/B testing
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
• Self-driven, deadline-oriented, and team-collaborative attitude
