Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Campaign management: Plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, and email.
• Budget management: Manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns.
• Content management: Plan and manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for various platforms.
• Data analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify trends.
• Team leadership: Lead and collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to achieve marketing objectives.
• Staying current: Keep up-to-date with emerging digital platforms, industry trends, and marketing technologies.

Required skills and qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is often required, with a master's or additional certifications being a plus.
• Experience: 10 - 15 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies.
• Analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis to derive actionable insights from metrics.
• Leadership and communication: Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills are crucial for managing teams and stakeholders.
• Creativity: Ability to develop innovative and engaging campaign ideas.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in tools and platforms for SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics. Experience with content management systems and photo/video editing software is also valuable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
