A fast-growing organisation operating in the career-tech and talent development sector, focused on building products and services that help individuals advance their careers. We're scaling marketing to drive predictable user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across India—hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own paid & organic performance on-site.

Digital Marketing ManagerRole & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (paid search, social, display, organic, email) to meet acquisition, conversion, and revenue targets.
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and display networks—managing targeting, bids, creative tests and budget pacing.
  • Lead SEO and content-driven growth initiatives: keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical audits and content performance improvement.
  • Measure and improve conversion funnels using A/B testing, CRO techniques and landing-page optimisation to maximise ROAS and lower CAC.
  • Build reporting and attribution frameworks using GA4, GTM and Looker Studio; translate data into actionable insights and weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, oversee campaign budgets, and collaborate with product, design and content teams to scale high-impact campaigns.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign measurement, attribution and dashboarding (GA4/GTM preferred).
  • Available to work on-site in India and to manage cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners.
