Your work here will directly shape how thousands of Indian homes and businesses adopt solar energy.---Role OverviewWe’re seeking a Performance-Driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of product-oriented marketing campaigns. This role is not just about creating content — it’s about driving measurable results, optimizing product positioning, and ensuring every campaign converts leads into site visits and installations.---Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance MarketingLaunch and manage digital ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google).Continuously test creatives, audience segments, messaging, and timing to maximize ROI.Product-Oriented CampaignsCraft campaigns focused on solar products and solutions.Highlight product features, USPs, and customer benefits to drive trust and adoption.Lead Nurturing & Funnel BuildingBuild WhatsApp automation flows (Interakt, WATI, etc.) for instant lead engagement.Integrate and track leads via CRM systems (Zoho, LeadSquared, HubSpot).Monitor lead-to-site-visit conversions with sales teams.Ad Copy & MessagingWrite sharp, bilingual (Hindi + English) ad copy tailored for target markets.Create simple, sales-driven messaging that emphasizes product benefits.Analytics & OptimizationTrack and report performance metrics (CPL, conversion %, ROI, etc.).Optimize campaigns proactively to achieve cost-effective customer acquisition.---You’re a Great Fit If YouHave 4–8 years of hands-on campaign management experience (paid ads, not just posts).Understand product positioning and can communicate customer value clearly.Have experience with WhatsApp automation tools and CRM platforms.Can write compelling ad copy in Hindi and English.Think in funnels (ad → lead → visit → install).Work with an ownership mindset — tracking, fixing, and relaunching without follow-ups.---Bonus Points If You HavePrior experience in solar, EV, real estate, or home services marketing.Experience running Tier 2/3 city campaigns with proven CPL efficiency.Hands-on creative skills (Canva, reels, basic video editing).Experience managing junior marketers or freelancers.
