As we launch our foray into podcast studio and recording services, branded content production, digital creator support, and a full-scale creator incubator, we’re building a culture of innovation, community, and creativity. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Digital Marketing to drive our brand visibility, creator growth, and content monetization efforts. This is a leadership opportunity to be part of a fast-growing creative platform, helping define the voice and reach of Reel Harvest in a rapidly evolving media landscape. What You’ll Do Build and lead the digital marketing strategy across all verticals: podcast production, branded partnerships, digital creator support, and incubator initiatives. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, search, email, influencer, paid media) to grow brand awareness, drive traffic, and acquire talent/clients. Collaborate with content, partnerships, and studio teams to package and promote new podcasts, creator launches, studio offerings, and more. Manage and mentor a growing digital marketing team. Oversee social media strategy and execution, ensuring brand consistency across platforms. Lead performance marketing efforts with a strong focus on attribution, analytics, and ROI. Drive inbound opportunities for studio bookings, brand partnerships, and creator collaborations through innovative campaigns. Define and track KPIs, create performance reports, and adjust strategies based on data insights. What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in media, content, or creator economy sectors. Proven track record of scaling digital brands and managing high-performing teams. Deep understanding of digital trends, platform algorithms, and creator behavior across YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Instagram, Spotify, etc. Experience with brand partnerships and content marketing is a major plus. Strong leadership and project management skills — able to balance strategy with hands-on execution. Experience in launching and promoting podcasts, video series, or creator-led content is a bonus.
