Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who’s a true all-rounder, someone who understands every part of digital marketing, from strategy to execution, and can lead multiple brands’ growth journeys end-to-end.

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing for multiple clients.
• Create and manage media plans, budgets, and reporting dashboards.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CTR, and conversions, not just traffic.
• Manage creative strategy, ad copies, and A/B testing with the design/content team.
• Analyze campaign performance and share insights to improve results.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithms, and tools to keep campaigns sharp.
• Collaborate with the business team to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing in an agency setup.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics, and automation tools.
• Confident managing end-to-end performance campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Excellent analytical skills, can turn data into decisions.
• Creative thinker who also understands numbers and business goals.
• A self-starter who can juggle multiple clients, deadlines, and campaigns.
