We’re calling on a visionary Digital Marketing Manager who doesn’t just execute tasks, but builds systems. Someone who can start from scratch, lead from the front, and create unstoppable momentum across all digital platforms.

Role Overview

This is not a maintenance role. This is a builder’s role.
You will be the brain and engine behind our complete digital ecosystem, responsible for both organic and inorganic growth strategies, content direction, performance marketing, lead generation, and building a high-performance marketing team from zero.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership

  • Create and execute a comprehensive 360° digital marketing strategy across all channels: Search, Social, Display, Video, Email, and Influencer Networks.
  • Build and lead a results-driven digital marketing team, hiring for performance, speed, and creativity.
  • Drive brand awareness, lead generation, community engagement, and conversion growth with laser-sharp focus.

Organic Growth

  • Own and drive SEO strategy – on-page, off-page, and technical.
  • Optimize website traffic, content indexing, domain authority, and keyword ranking.
  • Direct the content strategy across blog, YouTube, and partner platforms for maximum visibility.

Inorganic Growth

  • Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Drive high-quality traffic, generate MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), and optimize cost per acquisition.
  • Develop A/B testing plans for ads, landing pages, and conversion paths.

Social Media & Community Building

  • Oversee the social media team to create thumb-stopping, value-packed content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Lead influencer collaborations, giveaways, and viral campaigns across digital communities.
  • Ensure consistent, on-brand messaging and voice across all digital platforms.

Tech & Data

  • Implement tools like GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations for end-to-end tracking.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights and growth hacks.
  • Develop marketing dashboards and reporting structures for leadership.

Who You Need to Be

  • 4 to 7 years of solid digital marketing experience, with hands-on success in both organic and paid growth.
  • Proven track record of scaling brands, building teams, and generating measurable impact.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a small team into a high-impact digital force.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a “get-it-done” attitude.
  • Preferred: Experience in events, lifestyle, influencer, or community-based brands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

  • Facebook Advertising: 3 years (Preferred)
