Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager - Social Media & Performance Marketing


Position Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
  • Manage and grow our presence on key social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube), ensuring consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content (e.g., photos, videos, stories, reels, carousels) that resonates with our target audience and promotes our offerings.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and actively participate in relevant conversations.
  • Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with guests and followers.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.


Performance Marketing (Paid Media):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and other relevant platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads if applicable).
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to drive conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven adjustments and optimizations to improve key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, conversions, cost per acquisition).
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Provide regular performance reports, analyzing campaign effectiveness and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.


General Digital Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the sales, revenue, and F&B teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and promotional calendars.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, especially within the hospitality industry.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels, providing actionable insights.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and content marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies or vendors as required.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media management and paid performance marketing.

  • Proven work experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, restaurants, travel) is highly preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with social media platforms and management tools.
  • Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with overall digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
