Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead all digital initiatives and drive growth for our brand. The ideal candidate should be strong in planning, execution, analytics, and team management — with the ability to scale performance across all platforms.

Location: Khar west

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy
  • Plan monthly and quarterly marketing calendars
  • Lead the digital marketing team (executives, designers, agencies)
  • Manage budgets, allocations, and performance targets

2. Performance Marketing

  • Plan and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
  • Track ROAS, CAC, conversions, and spend efficiency

3. SEO & Website Management

  • Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Conduct monthly SEO audits
  • Manage website updates, landing pages, and content optimization
  • Improve ranking, traffic, and domain authority

4. Content & Social Media

  • Oversee creation of high-quality content for social platforms
  • Approve creatives, copies, reels, ad visuals, and storytelling
  • Monitor engagement, growth, and platform insights
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and communication

5. Creative & Branding

  • Guide the design team on brand visuals
  • Ensure packaging, menus, and branding assets meet brand standards
  • Coordinate with agencies, printers, and external vendors

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: conversions, leads, engagement, traffic, revenue
  • Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, SEMrush, Hotjar

7. Collaboration

  • Work with product, sales, and operations teams for campaigns
  • Coordinate launches, festivals, events, and seasonal promotions

Skills & Requirements

  • 3–6 years experience in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Analytics
  • Good design sense and working knowledge of Photoshop / Canva
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
  • Experience in a food brand, restaurant, QSR, café, or FMCG is a big advantage
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
