Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to build, optimize and scale our digital brand presence. You will lead strategy, execution, and performance across all digital channels to accelerate online growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies for brand growth and revenue expansion.
• Plan monthly marketing budgets and achieve targeted KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end e-commerce marketing including product, marketplace campaigns, and CRO.
• Lead performance marketing across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Retargeting & Display.
• Oversee content strategy, social media and influencers.
• Analyze campaign performance data, create dashboards, and optimize continuously for best outcomes.
• Build and guide a high-performing marketing team as the brand scales.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong digital marketing experience (8-10yrs) in e-commerce and D2C brands
• Expert in Meta Ads & Google Ads platforms
• Analytical mindset with creative storytelling abilities
• Leadership skills to guide a growing marketing team

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
