Digital Marketing Manager

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Santacruz, Delhi, and Gurgaon branches.

• Create monthly marketing plans focused on lead generation and brand visibility.

Run and optimize Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and YouTube campaigns.

• Track KPIs: leads, CPL, ROI, conversions, and patient acquisition cost.
• Plan, create, and optimize content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn.
• Manage creative calendars, reels, posts, stories, and engagement strategies.
• Manage landing pages for Dental Implants, Smile Makeovers, etc.
• Conduct keyword research and improve rankings for local dental search terms.
• Coordinate with developers for website improvements and technical SEO.
• Create compelling ad copies, captions, emailers, and blogs for campaigns.
• Build Haident's online brand presence with strong messaging and storytelling.
• Collaborate with influencers, patient testimonials, and local creators.
• Manage online reputation on Google Reviews, Practo, JustDial, etc.
• Track performance of all campaigns and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Canva, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (healthcare experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and social media trends.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
• Creative, data-driven, and self-motivated.
• Ability to run marketing for multiple branches independently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads at the best possible ROI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
