Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update contact lists.
  • Provide information to visitors and callers as needed.
  • Manage appointments and scheduling for meetings.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Ensure security by following procedures and monitoring visitor logbook.

Business Development Duties:

  • Identify and research potential clients and markets.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Assist in the development of business proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through excellent communication and service.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis.
  • Attend industry-related events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Participate in business development meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in receptionist and/or business development roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of business development and sales techniques is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
