We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team and help us connect with clients, promote our services, and build strong relationships. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain our media and marketing services. Follow up on leads generated through social media, ads, and inquiries. Maintain regular contact with clients for project updates, feedback, and renewals. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer questions professionally. Maintain client data, call logs, and follow-up schedules in the system. Coordinate with the sales, creative, and production teams for client requirements. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets. Represent Subham Media House with a positive and professional attitude. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream). Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional language. Confident, polite, and customer-oriented personality. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business). Prior experience in telecalling, client coordination, or marketing preferred.
