We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team and help us connect with clients, promote our services, and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain our media and marketing services.
• Follow up on leads generated through social media, ads, and inquiries.
• Maintain regular contact with clients for project updates, feedback, and renewals.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer questions professionally.
• Maintain client data, call logs, and follow-up schedules in the system.
• Coordinate with the sales, creative, and production teams for client requirements.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.
• Represent Subham Media House with a positive and professional attitude.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional language.
• Confident, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business).
• Prior experience in telecalling, client coordination, or marketing preferred.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
