Subham Media House is a leading force in [Insert Specific Media Type, film production, regional digital content creation, news broadcasting based in Bhubaneswar. We are looking for an energetic, highly organized, and client-focused Receptionist to join our team.

What You’ll Do (Your Core Mission):

* Front Desk Management: Serve as the primary contact, warmly greeting and directing clients, local talent, vendors, and employees.

* High-Volume Communication: Expertly manage our multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate production, sales, or editorial departments.

* Bilingual Communication: Handle all correspondence and phone calls fluently in Odia and English and Hindi

* Client Coordination: Schedule and confirm meetings for executives, book studios/conference rooms, and manage the arrival of high-profile guests or media personalities.

* Media Logistics: Assist with the tracking and logging of incoming and outgoing media (e.g., hard drives, scripts, promotional materials) deliveries.

* Office Administration: Maintain a professional and tidy lobby, manage office supplies, and handle essential administrative tasks for the Office Manager.

What You Need to Be Successful:

* Experience: Proven experience (1+ year) as a Receptionist or Administrator, preferably within a media, production, or high-tech environment.

* Language Skills: Mandatory fluency (verbal and written) in both Odia and English.

* Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Attitude: Exceptional professional demeanor, resourcefulness, and the ability to maintain composure in a high-pressure, creative setting.

* Team Player: A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to assist various departments.

Pay: ₹8,174.49 - ₹15,000.00 per month
