Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead who is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can drive performance across multiple digital channels, lead a large cross-functional team, and deliver measurable results for multiple clients simultaneously. You’ll oversee everything from campaign strategy to execution, team leadership, client success, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

 Lead digital marketing strategy across PPC, SEO, performance marketing, content, design, social media, and UI/UX.

 Develop and execute integrated campaigns that align with client goals and business growth.

 Manage and optimize marketing funnels to drive high-quality leads and revenue growth.

Team & Project Management:

 Manage and mentor a 50+ member team across different marketing functions.

 Ensure effective project delivery through structured processes, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

 Build scalable systems for performance tracking, team collaboration, and client communication.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

 Oversee a portfolio of client accounts with direct accountability for ROI, retention, and satisfaction.

 Collaborate with senior stakeholders to plan marketing roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes.

 Present performance insights, campaign results, and recommendations to clients and leadership teams.

Operational Excellence:

 Drive adoption of best practices in campaign management, reporting, and performance tracking.

 Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, creative standards, and technical accuracy.

 Identify areas for automation and continuous improvement in workflow and output.

Key Skills & Requirements

 6–10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, PPC, SEO, social media,

performance marketing, content strategy, UI/UX, and design management.

 Prior experience in agency or multi-client environments with large team structures (50+ team size preferred).

 Strong understanding of tools and platforms — Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager,

Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.

 Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

 Highly process-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, quality, and accountability.

 Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
