Our offerings include rack and pinion hoists, rope suspended platforms, and various types of rebar and coil machines. Role Description This full-time, on-site role of Digital Marketing Lead – Strategy & Execution is based in Navi Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include market research, formulating marketing strategies, content creation, campaign management, and data analysis to optimize marketing efforts. The role requires collaboration with various departments to align marketing strategies with business goals. Qualifications Marketing Strategy and Marketing skills Market Research and Research skills Excellent Communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the construction Machinery industry is a plus Digital Strategy & Planning Define and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Set measurable goals (traffic, leads, engagement, conversions, etc.). Manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and relevant platforms. Team Leadership & Coordination Manage and guide the in-house designer and digital marketing executive. Plan team workflows, task allocation, and content calendars. Content Development & Oversight Create and supervise engaging content (blogs, web pages, emailers, captions, etc.). Ensure brand consistency in tone and visuals across all platforms. Website & SEO Oversee website content updates, landing pages, and structure (with developer support). Work on on-page/off-page SEO and site performance improvements. Social Media Management Develop platform-specific strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Run campaigns, monitor analytics, grow engagement and followers. Campaign Execution & Optimization Set up, track, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Conduct A/B testing and campaign reporting. Third-Party & Affiliate Platforms Explore and manage listings on directories, portals, and third-party marketing platforms (JustDial, IndiaMART, etc.). Marketing Collateral Creation Coordinate with the graphic designer for brochures, decks, emailers, etc. Review and finalize visual + written material for digital and print use. Gifting & Promotions Plan and execute corporate gifting or promotional campaigns as needed. Reporting & Analytics Prepare monthly reports, track KPIs, suggest improvements. Show more Show less
