Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for an IT Executive – ERP & Business Systems Coordinator. The IT Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, administering networks, managing IT operations, and ensuring the seamless functioning of business systems. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing IT-related issues, coordinating with different departments to support ERP and business systems, and maintaining system security and efficiency. Qualifications Experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support Skills in Network Administration and Information Technology Experience in IT Operations Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Assist in selecting a business management software (like Zoho, Odoo, TallyPrime, or similar) Liaise with external vendors or consultants Coordinate internal implementation tasks (user setup, training, data gathering) Handle basic system troubleshooting, updates, and admin-level tasks Show more Show less
