Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing professional to take on the role of Team Lead. This individual will oversee the digital marketing strategy, execution, and growth of our digital presence across multiple platforms. As a team lead, you will manage a talented group of marketers, drive performance through innovative strategies, and provide mentorship and guidance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content strategy, social media, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client goals.
• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Manage and oversee SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic and improve organic search rankings.
• Work with the content team to develop content strategies that align with brand goals and audience needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, sales, etc.) to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage paid advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for the digital marketing team.
• Report to senior management on the performance of digital marketing efforts, and recommend strategies to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and driving results.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with CMS, HTML, and web analytics tools.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in eCommerce marketing.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
• Experience in video marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.
• Google Analytics or other relevant certifications.
