About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management:

    Assist in scheduling, drafting, and posting engaging, brand-aligned content across various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) for the agency and its clients. Monitor channels and facilitate community engagement.
  • Content and Copywriting Support:

    Help brainstorm, research, and draft compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, email newsletters, website copy, ad copy, and presentations.
  • Client Campaign Assistance:

    Support the marketing team in executing client campaigns, including setting up emails, organizing digital assets, and tracking performance metrics under supervision.
  • Market and Industry Research:

    Conduct basic market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform both the agency's and clients' marketing strategies.
  • Data Tracking and Reporting:

    Assist in tracking the performance of marketing initiatives (e.g., social engagement, website traffic) and compiling basic data for weekly/monthly reports and analysis.
  • Administrative and Project Support:

    Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Learning and Development:

    Actively participate in internal training sessions and stay updated on the latest marketing tools and techniques relevant to the agency's services.


Qualifications and Skills
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A strong, demonstrated interest in modern marketing, digital strategy, and agency work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic familiarity with social media management tools or analytics is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
