The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing academic assignments across various subjects and mentoring fresher content writers to help them become proficient academic writers. This is a full-time, in-office position and is not open for remote or freelance work. Key Responsibilities- Handle and deliver high-quality academic assignments across multiple subjects and domains. Review, proofread, and edit academic content to ensure clarity, originality, and compliance with academic standards. Mentor and train junior/fresher writers in research methods, citation formats (APA, MLA, Harvard, Chicago, etc.), and plagiarism prevention. Coordinate project timelines and maintain consistent content quality. Troubleshoot content-related challenges and provide writing support to the team. Requirements- The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of academic writing experience, excellent English language skills (including grammar and vocabulary), proficiency in citation styles like APA, MLA, Harvard, and Chicago, and preferably prior experience in mentoring writers, along with strong research skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and meet deadlines effectively.
