Job Description

A Head of Digital Marketing is a senior-level leader responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for a company. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various digital channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Paid Media (PPC & Meta): Oversee and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to maximize ROI. Manage and scale advertising efforts on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Lead the SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance online visibility. This includes both on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
  • Content & Video Marketing: Direct the creation and distribution of high-quality content across various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and email. Spearhead the video marketing strategy, from concept to production, to engage the target audience and tell the brand's story.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics, insights, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Team Management & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging. Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across different channels.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Expertise in Digital Channels: A proven track record with hands-on experience in all aspects of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, content marketing, social media (especially Meta), email marketing, and video marketing.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other marketing software is essential.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to present complex data and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is often required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
