Role Overview

Digital Marketing Expert / Growth Hacker

Grow Docty to 1 million app downloads and nationwide visibility

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Campaign Planning

• Design and execute

  multi-channel digital marketing strategy

  across Google, Meta, YouTube, and healthcare platforms.
• Create performance-driven campaigns for

  app installs, sign-ups, and teleconsultations

  .
• Develop innovative digital funnels for

  B2C (patients)

  and

  B2B (clinics, labs, pharmacy partners)

  .

2. Lead Generation & Conversion

• Plan and run

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads

  , and

  App Install Campaigns

  with strong ROI focus.
• Optimize campaigns for cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), and app engagement.
• Build & manage

  remarketing and retention campaigns

  via email, WhatsApp, and push notifications.

3. Social Media & Brand Positioning

• Manage and grow Docty’s presence across

  Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube

  .
• Build creative content strategies for healthcare awareness, influencer collaborations, and brand trust.
• Create viral short-form video content strategies for Reels, Shorts, and app storytelling.

4. SEO / ASO / Analytics

• Manage

  SEO, ASO

  , and keyword strategies for app visibility.
• Monitor analytics using

  Google Analytics, Firebase, Data Studio

  , etc.
• Regularly track KPIs like CAC, retention, engagement, and LTV.

5. Partnerships & Growth Hacking

• Identify and execute influencer tie-ups, collaborations with health coaches, and wellness brands.
• Work with design/content teams to produce

  campaign creatives, landing pages, and app banners

  .
• Optimize landing pages for conversions and retargeting effectiveness.
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience in

  digital marketing, app growth, or performance marketing

  .
• Hands-on expertise in

  Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/ASO tools, Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Firebase

  .
• Strong understanding of

  health-tech, e-commerce, or SaaS growth funnels

  .
• Excellent skills in

  campaign design, content ideation, and audience segmentation

  .
• Analytical mindset with ability to track, interpret, and act on performance data.
• Creative flair for branding, visual storytelling, and digital trends.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business.
• Certifications in

  Google Ads / Meta Ads / HubSpot / SEO / Analytics

• Prior experience in

  healthcare, fitness, or wellness app marketing

  is a big plus.
• Familiarity with

  influencer marketing and affiliate networks
