Job Description

A Digital Marketing Specialist develops and executes online campaigns (SEO, social, email, PPC) to boost brand presence, generate leads, and drive sales, managing content, analyzing data (Google Analytics), optimizing funnels, reporting results, and researching trends across various digital channels to improve ROI. Key duties involve content creation, performance tracking, and strategy implementation across the entire digital marketing mix.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display ads.Content Creation: Develop engaging written and visual content for blogs, websites, social media, and emails.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website traffic, campaign performance (using tools like Google Analytics), and report findings to stakeholders to inform strategy.Optimization: Use A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and SEO/PPC tactics to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new advertising technologies.Channel Management: Manage and grow presence on social media platforms and email lists.RequirementsCore Skills NeededDigital Channels: Expertise in SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing.Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data from analytics platforms.Content: Strong writing, design, and storytelling skills.Technical: Familiarity with marketing software, content management systems (CMS), and web development basics.Strategic Thinking: Understanding how different channels work together.Typical QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing roles.Certifications in specific platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are often beneficial.
