Job Description

Role Objective
To build strong digital presence, drive brand growth, generate qualified leads/sales, enhance customer engagement, and ensure measurable ROI across all digital platforms.⸻Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning • Develop and execute monthly/quarterly digital marketing plans aligned with business goals • Define target audience strategy, content direction, campaigns, and platform priorities • Plan budgets, forecast results, and ensure cost-effective performance marketing⸻2. Performance Marketing • Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other ad platforms • Run conversion-focused campaigns – leads, bookings, sales, retargeting & remarketing • Track CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM and optimize campaigns for best returns⸻3. Social Media & Content • Plan content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp • Ensure premium, consistent brand tone and storytelling • Oversee creatives, reels, videos, influencer collaborations, and engagement • Reply to comments, DMs, enquiries and build community presence⸻4. Website, SEO & ORM • Ensure website content, UX, landing pages and conversions are always optimized • Drive SEO – keyword ranking, backlinks, schema and organic growth • Monitor reviews on Google, OTA channels, Swiggy/Zomato, JustDial etc. • Resolve negative reviews and strengthen brand reputation⸻5. Email, WhatsApp & Automation • Build customer database and segmentation • Run email campaigns, drip automation & newsletters • Manage WhatsApp broadcast, promotional flows & chat journeys⸻6. Analytics & Reporting • Track performance, user behavior, funnel conversion & insights • Maintain weekly and monthly dashboards • Present actionable insights and improvement roadmap⸻Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or equivalent • 2–6 years of digital marketing experience (sector experience is a plus) • Proven success running performance marketing and social campaigns • Knowledge of • Google Ads / Meta Ads • SEO tools (Search Console, Ahrefs / SEMrush – optional) • Analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights) • Canva / Creative coordination • Strong communication, storytelling and brand thinking⸻Key Skills Required • Strategic thinking + creative execution • Strong analytical ability and ROI mindset • Content sense + design coordination ability • Ownership, speed, discipline and consistency • Ability to work with internal teams, designers, agencies & vendors⸻KPIs (Performance Metrics) • Lead generation / enquiry growth • Sales / booking / store walk-in contribution • Website traffic growth & SEO ranking improvement • Engagement rate, followers quality & brand recall • ROAS / cost-per-lead / campaign success ratio • Review ratings & ORM improvement⸻Compensation • Competitive salary based on experience • Performance incentives linked to business outcomes
