Job Description

Incumbent will be responsible for the following tasks:

Maintaining books/ accounts on Zoho & Tally

Issuing Purchase orders and coordinating material delivery at site

Issuing Vendor contracts and tracking progress for payments

Maintaining record of cash vouchers, purchase bills, invoices etc

Liaising with Auditor's office for GST filing, TDS filing, and other compliance norms

Ensuring attendance discipline & compliance within office for payroll processing

Support management with P&L reporting, vendor balances report, site progress report etc as required

Support in onboarding, general employee coordination and other correspondence

Maintain inventory of office supplies and assets, ensure timely procurement

Handling of petty cash for office day to day expenses

Meeting follow ups, scheduling and minutes for the Head of Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
