Job Description

Accounting

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries and invoice preparation in Tally.
  • Manage sales and purchase ledgers, bank reconciliation, and vendor/customer
accounts.
  • Maintain accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely follow-up for domestic
collections.
  • Prepare and review Profit & Loss statements and assist in monthly closing.
  • Support statutory compliance – GST, TDS, and basic tax-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with auditors for financial reviews and year-end reporting.

Administration

  • Maintain company records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist in vendor coordination, petty cash handling, and office administration tasks.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies for operational requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.Com / Inter CA, with 4–6 years of experience in accounting and administrative
functions.
  • Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to interpret P&L statements and provide financial insights.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills for coordinating with clients and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized with a proactive approach.
