Key Responsibilities

  • Billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups

  • Handling petty cash and expense tracking

  • Managing digital signatures and official email communication

  • Assisting with typing, scanning, filing, and printing of documents

  • Maintaining AMC records, renewals, and sourcing basic office supplies
