Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain the books of accounts.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and follow-up for payments.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in audits.
  • Maintain petty cash and support daily financial operations.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and office coordination.
  • Liaise with vendors, staff, and external agencies when required.
  • Support management in operational and administrative activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting, billing, and admin roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
