Role & responsibilities

  • Managing emails, attendance reports, production sheets, and maintaining accurate records and documents.
  • Handling office supplies, equipment maintenance, weekly inventory, and preparation of shipment packing lists.
  • Completing bank forms for international transfers and preparing appointment letters for new employees.
  • Drafting emails for the Managing Director and updating purchase orders/inventory in Zedonk.
  • Managing incoming/outgoing courier packages and arranging shipments to/from Dubai/Jordan.
  • Coordinating DHL/courier bookings and receiving goods/materials from international locations.
  • Supporting basic accounting tasks including expense tracking, petty cash handling, bank reconciliation, and preparing paperwork for the outsourced accounting team.
