The duties and responsibilities of a Clinical Tele Coordinator in a radiology center typically involve facilitating communication and coordination between patients, referring physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare providers. This may include: Scheduling appointments: Coordinating patient appointments for various radiology procedures, ensuring timely scheduling and availability of resources. Answering phone calls and inquiries: Responding to patient calls, answering questions about procedures, providing instructions, and addressing concerns. Communicating with referring physicians: Relaying information about patient referrals, test results, and follow-up care. Managing patient records: Maintaining accurate patient records, including scheduling information, test results, and correspondence. Coordinating with other departments: Collaborating with other departments within the radiology center, such as imaging technicians and billing staff. Ensuring patient satisfaction: Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient concerns promptly and effectively. Education: Higher Secondary school diploma or equivalent Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, such as a medical office or hospital Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong customer service orientation Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
